Orders

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships out, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at shopnurturehouse@gmail.com or our IG @nurturehouseph right away so that we can accommodate your request. However, if the product has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to orders above P3,800.00 within Metro Manila. For orders outside of Metro Manila, standard shipping rates will apply. The shipping fee is charged to the client upon check out.

How long does shipping take? 

Our standard courier service provider is J&T Express. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 working days from the date of purchase. After pick up, you may refer to J&T Express’s shipping days and guide here.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will depend on the size of your purchases. The costing will appear in the checkout page.

Do you ship nationwide?

Our courier J&T does its best to offer deliveries nationwide. To find out if you are within their serviceable area, you can check out their delivery coverage area here.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We are currently processing our Maya Checkout to accept Visa, Mastercard, and GCash payments. While that is in progress, we accept manual deposits to BDO and GCash. 

Do you accept Cash on Delivery or Installments?

Unfortunately, we don’t but you can still pay through other methods like GCash or credit card.
