Refund Policy
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, you may request a return refund and/or replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receipt by contacting us.
You may also opt to exchange the damaged and/or defective product with a product of equal or higher value. The price difference will need to be settled accordingly.
All items must be returned to our store before a replacement can be processed. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in pristine condition, complete with original tags, packaging, and all accompanying accessories.
Please note that change of mind or any damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper care is not covered under this policy.
